Thanks - very enlightening. I remember when Solshenitsyn's "Gulag Archipelego" book was banned and when he eventually made it to America and freedom and retired to a farm in Vermont as I recall. I wasn't aware of Lindsey Graham's statement about Ukraine's rich resources being the real motive for supporting them, because I don't listen to the news, especially political news - I just read substacks for info.
