When Will Farmers Open Their Eyes and realise They Have Been Guilded/Sucked Into Slavery?
After the majority of Carbon Contract Payments, the majority owners (the Farmers) are required to Maintain the Carbon Allotted Area for 99/100 years! Including, no domestic stock to graze the carbon areas, control all herbivores, wild fire suspension/control (think lightening strikes), nextdoor/boundary fire ingress, ongoing clearing of vegetation maintenance on/ adjacent to boundary fences, control invasive species ie weeds/feral animals/insects under the biosecurity act.
Should fire burn the original insitue vegetation under the Property Vegetation Plan turned into Carbon Credit Lands, the farmer is required to buy back all his Carbon Credits and all money gained and enforced to allow/manage the land to revegetate back to its original state and then reapply for Carbon credits.
These Farmers have No Clue to their Vulnerability of Losing Their Farms Due to The Juicy Carrot . . . Money, Money . . . It's . . .
