You're right, Thomas - it's complicated. But just hearing about such a crazy way to spend millions of dollars on an idea that doesn't have a proven track record - (they should have tried a small one first to see how well it works) - and hearing about birds catching fire in midair - is troubling indeed.

And you're also right - "there's something rotten in Denmark" with the DOJ's role.

This was featured in a recent BBC programme which made it out to be successful. I had my doubts at the time. It seems that hundeds of firms are jumping on the climate bandbagon to get a share of the billions being handed out.

I'm sure the reason they couldn't make a profit was because there wouldn't be enough energy produced to pay the interest on the financing. I'll quote Luke 14:28 again - “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?"
