Offshore wind, with the exception of the Baltic Sea, is a terrible idea. I could see the wind turbines near shore in Sweden from my apartment in Hellerup, Denmark. I paid about 4 times as much as a typical American for my electricity, but the Baltic Sea waters were shallow and quite sheltered. Wind power in the North Sea and Atlantic is truly a massively stupid idea. The economics are terrible, and this killing of whales is very disturbing. Offshore wind power in these areas needs to be suspended immediately until the necessary research on whale impacts is done and mitigation methods are developed and proven.

Just quit wind, it’s a bad drug.

To me, this is another confirmation that the "Climate Activist/Extremists" are NOT interested in doing what is right for animals, humans or the environment. They are about control of our lives and will stop at nothing, including killing magnificent creatures of the sea.

They must have bought off all the whale conservationists, NOAA, Audubon, Association to Preserve Cape Cod, Sierra Club. Follow the money. Where oh where have the savers of the whales gone? Are they deaf too!?
