IF you hate usa and are paid to do it by China = traitor Brandon, then your goal is China dominates global critical mineral supply chains, accounting for approximately 60 percent of world-wide production and 85 percent of processing capacity. Transitioning from fossil fuels, which is the goal of Biden’s climate mandates, would leave the U.S. dependent on China for energy, unless the U.S. develops its own mines and processing facilities.

Is the State going to litigate? The fact that Congress specifically authorized it makes it seem like easy pickin’s.

Remember that The United States and Canada adhere to the cleanest energy producing practices in the world. Restricting our North American fossil fuel production and making us dependent on places like China and the Middle East, only ADDS to the overall pollution of our atmosphere. China DOES NOT follow the strict environmental protection standards that are followed by the US and Canada. It is absolutely ludicrous to shut down/cut back on our fossil fuel production and farm it out to those who destroy the planet in ways we would NEVER permit in our environmentally responsible oil and gas industry. North Americans need to start thinking for themselves and stop accepting the propaganda.

There is an answer to your question ("Why?") but it's not a pleasant one.

It's because the environmental movement is purely Marxist in its origins and philosophy. Among other things, consider the fact that the first Earth Day was held on Comrade Lenin's 100th birthday.
