Lets just find out where wind and solar get their free utility power from and tap into that for pollution free replacement energy until we get access to the 28 quadrillion BYU’s per pound of CO2 in atmosphere.
There’s way too much attention on reports. We need action. To improve the grid reliability and local delivery should be the focus, which requires action. If there are operators and utilities that can’t handle that - replace them. It’s a function of inspection and action. We don’t need more high end consultation and document production. But then. We need to staff the organizations with competent people.
