The withdrawal of the United States from Afghanistan is going to be a benefit to investors & business operators & a cost to citizens of western countries. The void of The Unites States Militarily will give other countries-mainly China with it's FX reserves and debt capacity-a crack at a $1.7 trillion dollars bounty of metals & minerals, many which are needed to fill the deficit. And given China's dormancies in process & manufacturing of metals & minerals value added products. Setting up a Nordstrom pipeline situation. However this will not be as easy as predicated. Afghanistan-being bless with all renewables metal & minerals-topography will make better difficult for a country China, let alone The West to profitable operate in the region. Akin to why the military conquest of Afghanistan is so difficult, but "if" a China can do it, Afghanistan will operate like a satellite state being right next door to feeding it's manufacturing base cementing is choke on critical metals & minerals and America would have given it to them, a gift.
