Let’s apply just a smidgen of Critical Thinking.

If photosynthesis produces oxygen from CO2 and we cut back on CO2 are we affecting O2 and Ozone? Has O2 in the air increased or decreased with the increase in CO2? And if we have more green plants, will that not sequester more C? Are there ‘keystone’ species that will be enhanced by increased CO2? If we have more green plants in areas restored by beaver reintroduction and habitat reconstruction in the western US, and delta restoration as in Colorado River delta in the Southwest and small rivers in the Midwest, how will that modify climate? And if such restorations become very wide spread will they have cumulative impact on a broader climate. And if there is more pollen in the air will it create particle seeds for rain and hail. With more pollen will pollen be spread farther by winds and biological vectors? Will more forests create more or fewer thunder storms? If more green plants produce more soil which helps capture moisture by canopies, shade, higher water tables, soil percolation, transpiration, slower evaporation, etc. what effects will those have on weather and climate? One could go on and on. Finally, is there a possibility that too many climate ‘experts’ are not nearly as talented and skilled as they think that they are, and in fact are instead suffering from the Dunning-Krueger Effect?

Yes, basic biological science (photosynthesis) - it’s strange that alarmists don’t know this!

Thanks - great piece. God created the amazing symbiotic relationship between animal life needing oxygen and plants needing carbon dioxide, with each ensuring the other's survival. I don't think He would have done that if it were harmful. Just as O2 is good for us, CO2 is good for plants.

Guess Al Gore and John Kerry missed the part of basic science that talked about photosynthesis, while in school?
