"Institute for Policy Integrity" NYU Law School - suing Trump and Lee Zeldin all over the place. Is this an ENGO? Appears prolific on Linkdin? These esteemed authors have PhDs, Peter Howard from UCAL Davis (Agricultural Resource and Economics) is a Director, and Jason Schwartz (Carries the big legal club, LLB mutiple times over). What do they know of the earths climate and its extreme complexity? The MSM is quoting this, and numerous other studies from this fringe group, as if they are the "oracle" of climate science. Left wing lawfare at its finest.
The claims of climate damage due to power plant emissions is total bunk. These authors from the discredited organization have furthered the lack of integrity. Both should be placed on the list of never again to receive any government funding of sny scenario. The effluent from power plants is actually needec and it’s all about pollution control. Removing the damaging compounds from the effluent is being done today and we need the CO2. With the background of both authors it’s not a stretch to suggest they could benefit by more time outdoors.
