Real answers, from pragmatically based research, must be provided to the judicial, regulatory, and legislative officials the "climate warriors" keep seeking to influence, and the industry leaders themselves have the knowledge base to provide them. Engage, engage, engage!
Sitting silent while groups purveying non-scientific arguments against the industries we all depend on is a formula for defeat.
Stop preaching to the choir & go out and fight for fairer attention to America's energy needs -- and to the American pioneers struggling to meet those needs -- in the news media, in the court of public opinion, and everywhere.
That would be a start, but it's very clear that advocacy at the same levels the opposing groups are reaching, with intensity that matches their ardor, is what's been missing as the Shale Revolution progresses. Step up, no matter how energetically the country's professional opinions shapers push against hearing the answers they'd like to ignore.
The “climate” activists are really just leftists- communists, and they are after power, control, and dominion over the serfs. They commonly hold the belief that the masses are not as worthy and deserving as themselves. Mostly devoid of any scientific knowledge, training, or skills; they assert the claim the science is settled. The problem is real scientists hold a different opinion and in fact have disproven the climatocatastrophists claims. The entire climate and end of earth movement is an ideology not based in science but based on their ideology. This has drifted into lawfare and is being pushed by billionaires who are profiting from the disruption. There is no benefit to the economy from this disruption, in fact there is economic damage. But the leftists don’t care, they believe they will be elevated to elite status by their actions and will magically have a better lifestyle than they earn by their productivity and value in the economy today. Yes, it is an insane welfare self dealing mentality. But, alas, none if them were invited to Davos.
The crash of the climate disruption is coming and it won’t be pretty for those leftists - living under a solar cell not able to use any electricity and in crude leanto’s made from wind turbine blades.
First ASK the Judge. Many might not try to hide the meetings. If you suspect they're hiding something...
FOIAs would be the way to go to see if your local Judges are being pursued.
Find out the dates of the events (also via FOIAs) and the look for those dates. If the Judge was hearing cases that/those days, no problem. If not, look for travel records, expense reports etc. It would take time and energy but could be done. Since they are more local, it shouldn't be too hard.
