I put one dollar into the 2020 field for my inflation calculator, and it estimates that one dollar would be $1.20 in 2024 dollars. That is a 20% increase due to inflation.
I am opposed to their climate agenda, but it looks to me that most of the 23% increase is due to inflation, not specifically due to their climate policies.
