You reminded me. Hawaii is an "Energy Island" No Grid to connect. So, when they went "Green New Deal" and shut down their only coal plant, they provided a very good experiment to show what running on wind and solar can do. It means, burning a lot of Diesel fuel for backup. I wrote this a few years ago. Mentioned in this article is geothermal (geosource) energy. Mr.Shepstone, please do an article on the reality of this concept. My research into this type of energy has not delivered a data set which gives one confidence that geosource works. Dependence on all electric power fluid, heat and a myriad of other related control devices have proved problematic.
