A couple of other fun facts, like a Nissan Leaf, the batteries will last 7-10 years, so you have to amortize the battery over a very short life span, not 30 years like a real power plant, so the payments will be really high.

How y'all gonna charge all them batteries. then? It means the state grid will have to come up with an extra 20,000 MWH every day, even snowy days to charge batteries. Solar? It's MA not Southern California. Off shore wind? Ummm. Trump... Ya know?

The state passed a law requiring big utilities to buy batteries? Why should the state legislate the purchasing of a utility?

If it’s such a good deal then they would buy them on their own!

When legislation is passed to force the purchasing by a company we have passed into communism.

What the matter with these people in Massachusetts?

Stop the mental illness before it spreads!!
