The history of the earth is important, gore and kerry not so much. But the human creation of CO2 is of no consequence to the earth’s temperature. But do climatocatastrophists actually believe in physics, thermodynamics, chemistry, or even just any non emotional facts? No, I don’t think so but then some of them think the earth is flat and orbits around themselves.

Why even include the comment below as there is conclusive data that CO2 levels do not impact temperature changes? This just provides unnecessary kindling to a brush fire!! Suggest removing this for future circulation or adding something to counter this quote😀

“But such a transition to a glacial state in 10,000 years’ time is very unlikely to happen because human emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere have already diverted the climate from its natural course, with longer-term impacts into the future,” added co-author Gregor Knorr from the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research.

That's a quote from the original story, which was necessary for context.

That's a good argument for rebutting the climate doomsters. But I suspect that the effects of a bit more CO2 are likely to be minor and transient, and not nearly large enough to offset the ginormous forces, astronomical in scope, that are driving the glacial cycle. We are officially well into the neoglacial phase of the current interglacial. That's the part right before the ice comes back, and humanity is knocked back to the dark ages.
