“These aren’t just landscapes — they’re energy corridors.”

The race isn’t just to mine lithium. It’s to control where it flows — and what it powers next.

It is so simple. The climate is as it is and has been and will be. The economists have concluded that meeting net zero goals will have no measurable effect on temperature. As a matter of fact temperature is immeasurable anyway since the essential condition for measuring it, equilibrium, is entirely absent from our atmosphere. As for co2 we breathe it out, drink it in and eat the crops it sustains. Stop with the Rube Goldberg blades and panels their expensive, environmental land wasters, grid stressing temporary solutions to a nonexistent problem. Where co2 blooms energy booms. Pull the plug on subsidies and like old soldiers let solar panels and wind turbines fade away.

Better still, in the absence of empirical evidence proving the case against C02 (there isn’t any), simply adopt a sensible Energy Policy that’s;

Technology agnostic.

Fair to all concerned, including the unreliables (of wind & solar-PVs).

Is market driven.

Offers NO subsidies.

Repeals any anti-competitive legislation (against the likes of coal & gas) so there’s a level playing field.

Requires contractual obligations via auction inviting all power generators to bid their best price per GW day/week/month in advance to the Regulator.

Imposes substantial financial penalties for failure to meet clearly defined QOS obligations.

Requires substantial bond to meet restoration of the environment (ie decomissioning/recyclying of aged wind turbine blades, solar-PVs) as is currently required of the mining industry by way of land restoration following open cut mining activity etc.

Easy!
