Doesn't this go against Castreau's demand to ban the use and production of Carbon (Nat Gas/Oil) even if it's run/owned by Canadian so called indigenous communities,?
Btw, humans are not "indigenous" to the Americas. Without Climate Change (Ice Ages) they would never been able to migrate from Asia and possibly Europe in the first place.
