Larger gas plants would presumably offer an economy of scale that would make them overall more efficient and less carbon intensive than the smaller plants that would be allowed to stay online. Not only is the EPA blinkered by "green" dreams, they seem to fundamentally economically illiterate.
They are most defiantly economically illiterate. If they are not, then it only leaves one answer and that is purpose. You can see my other thought on that below. I am not sure if I am scared or just baffled.
I don't like to attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetency, but I am afraid you may be right. At the very least, there is gross negligence.
The Green Industrial Complex and law-making federal agencies (i.e. EPA) are acting like the Fourth and Fifth Branch of Government. There is ahistorical arrogance to that. Embarrassingly so.
I hate to sound like some crackpot conspiracy theory guy, but when one looks at it, there can only be one end goal. One world government. Its the only thing that makes any sense. If you take energy security out of the picture, all other security follows. It is the one and only end around to an armed nation. The only way the UN can take the US is by shutting off our power. I know I sound like a crackpot, but damn what other reason could their be for doing something so drastically, dramatically, destructively STUPID?

So Biden lets all these unsavory people come across our border, then turns off the power grid! What’s next chaos in the free world! Then they have to bring in the UN too clam the masses!
