Although I haven't found precise numbers, in my study of FB's Prineville, data center - https://alchristie.substack.com/p/oregons-mighty-data-centers - I quoted " The cooling fans and pumps use almost as much electricity as the computers, but it’s still cheaper than conventional air conditioning." If true, then the power needed for cooling data centers is even greater than your estimate of cooling taking 25%.
