Back in the day (2012) when Vermont banned fracking, the oil and gas industry foolishly responded by doing nothing.
I guess they stopped it I. Other places as well, I worked for a company that built equipment for Fracking and they just went out of business!

A bully, no matter what kind of bully they are, only has as much power as they are allowed to have. All it takes is one act of defiance to remind them that they bleed too.
