The town I lived in was sued by the Conservation Law Foundation. We now have a 30 year sewer project underway as a result. And guess who is paying, you and me the taxpayer! And 30 years?! Heck I will be over 80 by the time it is done. Well that is assuming that climate change doesn't kill me first. I heard we are all gonna die soon.

Reminds me of a quote from my favorite Louisiana politician - “Let the bastards freeze in the dark”

What strikes me whenever I see a report such as this the first thing that comes to my mind is, These NE States, especially nearby MA, has some of the "Best" (Really?) Public education systems and highly rated Universities. So, why does the public have such a low Energy IQ? Of course, it is not limited to Rhode Island, there is a low energy IQ of the general public all across the U.S.A.. Thanks for an excellent report.

I find it curious ttat the educational ratings come from educational institutions. It’s a mutual admiration society, largely of government and quasi governmental experience.

Maybe industry would rate them different after employing the product of their highly self rated systems.

The public, worldwide, has a low energy knowledge and is resistant to taking on knowledge that is not included in political rhetoric. But when they go without anything energy related, they scream loudly at politicians and blame major oil companies. Go figure.
