A lawsuit filed by Bucks County, Pennsylvania, against BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Exxon Mobil, Philips 66, Shell, and the American Petroleum Institute (API) for climate damages has gotten a lot of attention over the past few days.
Intriguing. Thanks for your miraculous introspect. Might I introduce you to Frederick Bott?
There's a completely alternate energy system and he's discovered it. Folks who follow us here and Medium know our position regarding so-called renewables. Might want to have a look. Let me know.
Excellent article...excellent commentary. I have never understood why ALL of the energy intensive industries, including cement, steel, petrochemical, agricultural, transportation, power generation, coal, oil, and gas, etc., have not banded together and fought the idiocy of "man's CO2 is a pollutant and poses an existential threat to life". The West has been so indoctrinated that they have come to believe that energy poverty is the moral high ground, and our modern industrial society is a moral vice.
I think Alex Epstein, with his books "The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels" and "Fossil Future:: Why Global Human Flourishing Requires More Oil, Coal, and Natural Gas—Not Less", along with clear-eyed writers such as yourself, are showing the moral degeneracy of the Green Blob and Modern Wokery. As an example, you can be praised for coming out as an advocate of child mutilation so the child can be his "desired sex", but you dare not claim there are massive benefits to humanity in using hydrocarbons. Orwellian.
